Student Title IX Grievance Process
Formal complaints asserted against students under the University’s Discrimination and Harassment Policy or the Student Conduct Code alleging violations of Title IX are overseen by the Gender Equity and Title IX Compliance Office.

The goal of this policy is to provide a framework to resolve allegations of research misconduct as rapidly and fairly as possible and to protect the rights and integrity of all individuals involved.
