Procurement Card Guide

The Procurement Card Program provides employees with a convenient method of paying for business related expenses using a university liability credit card issued in the name of the employee. Participation in the program is optional and requires approval from management.

Federal law mandates that the university not enter into subcontracting or purchase agreements in excess of $25,000 with vendors or individuals that have been debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the federal government.

Permission to Use University Names, Logos and Trademarks

Policy for use of the “Washington University in St. Louis” name and other identities on commercial websites and other commercial communications vehicles. These guidelines apply to the names and symbols of the university and its entities – schools, departments, programs, offices, groups, etc.

Commercial Sale of Blood and Tissue Samples Policy

WashU principal investigators or tissue repository staff are permitted to share blood and tissue samples with other investigators at WashU, investigators at different research institutions and private industry for research purposes, but only after appropriate informed consent has been obtained from the patients involved.
