Each year WashU sends a notice via email to all enrolled students outlining the information below, which is required to be made available under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and under the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA).

The following consumer information is provided to benefit current and prospective students and their parents. Knowledgeable individuals are able to make informed decisions about their role, their actions, and their responsibilities within the community.
