Public transportation
Metrolink, St. Louis’s light rail commuter train system, has two stops on the Danforth Campus: Skinker station, located at the northeast corner of Skinker Boulevard and Forest Park Parkway, and University City-Big Bend station, located at the northwest corner of Big Bend Boulevard and Forest Park Parkway near the Village. The primary stop for the Medical Center is the Central West End station.
Directions from St. Louis Lambert International Airport:
Danforth Campus
- Board the light rail train headed toward the Forest Park-DeBaliviere station.
- Exit at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere station and board the next train headed for Shrewsbury.
- Take this train either one or two stops to the Skinker station or the University City-Big Bend station.
Medical Center
- Board the light rail headed toward the Forest Park-DeBalivere station.
- Take this train to the Central West End station.
MetroBuses also stop outside Mallinckrodt Center on Forsyth Boulevard and in various locations around the Medical Center. Please visit the Metro St. Louis website for the latest schedules and routes.

Visitor parking can be found in the East End Garage, which can be entered from Forsyth Boulevard or Forest Park Parkway.
To arrive at the Knight Center for a conference on Danforth Campus:

Forest Park Parkway & Throop Drive, St. Louis, MO 63130
Visitor parking can be found in Millbrook Garage, which can be entered from the intersection of Forest Park Parkway and Throop Drive.
